About Koa Sushi & Poke Mills 50

Koa Sushi and Poke is a Japanese-Latin fusion sushi restaurant that brings bold, creative flavors to Orlando. We opened our first location in May 2024 inside the Great Southern Box Co. food hall in Orlando’s Packing District.

We are excited to announce our newest location in the vibrant Mills 50 neighborhood — our second outpost where we continue to serve fresh, high-quality ingredients in inventive sushi rolls and poke bowls.

Known for our unique fusion style, we combine traditional Japanese techniques with vibrant Latin American influences to create exciting, flavor-packed dishes. Whether you’re craving a creative sushi roll or a customizable poke bowl, every bite at Koa delivers freshness, quality, and bold taste.

Great food and amazing service! Everyone was very attentive, and it’s such a nice spot to enjoy fresh sushi and poke. I was especially impressed with the salmon sashimi — extremely fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the highlights of our meal! The Koa Poke was delicious as well. We also tried the spam appetizer and two sushi rolls (I can’t remember the names), and everything was really good. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for fresh, tasty sushi and poke. We’ll be back!

Went in for their soft opening (?) and they were doing BoGo on onigiri and spam musubi. Super large, first time having raw salmon onigiri, $4 each. Might be my favorite over Mills Market's onigiri spot. Eat them fresh as they don't come in the plastic wrappers and the seaweed will get soggy.

Koa Sushi Mills is SO cute! 🥹🍣 The service was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible. I had the spicy crab, chicken karaage, spicy salmon onigiri, and yellowtail hand roll, and literally everything was phenomenal. I’m already prepared to become a weekly regular 😂 I seriously could not recommend this place more! 🤍
